بعد تشكيل الحكومة، عاهد تكتل الجمهوريّة القويّة المواطنين على مواصلة النضال للوصول إلى الدولة التي يطمحون لها: دولة السيادة والحريّة والاستقلال، دولة تكون لها وحدها حصريّة السلاح، دولة يكون كلّ القرار الاستراتيجي العسكري والأمني في مؤسساتها، دولة القانون والحق والعدالة، دولة خالية من الفساد ودولة تليق بالمواطن اللبناني وبتضحيات آبائنا وأجدادنا”.
وبعد المشاورات، وافق رئيس حزب القوات اللبنانية على استبدال حقيبة بأخرى، وبقي على تمثيل الحزب بأربعة وزراء، وهم كل من نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء غسان حاصباني، ووزيرة دولة لشؤون التنمية الادارية مي شدياق، وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية ريشارد قيومجيان، ووزير العمل كميل أبو سليمان.
غسان حاصباني
ولد في بيروت، منطقة الرميل، بيروت عام 1972.
متأھل وله ثلاثة أولاد.
نائب رئيس حكومة ووزير صحة منذ كانون الأول 2016.
اداري وخبير على المستوى الدولي في التخطيط والاقتصاد والتكنولوجيا.
شغل بعدما أنھى دراساته في لندن عددا من المناصب القيادية في أوروبا والشرق الأوسط من أھمھا نائب الرئيس والشريك في مؤسسة الاستشارات الاستراتيجية والادارية ”بوز أند كومباني“ والرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات الدولية في مجموعة الاتصالات السعودية Group STC .
عضو سابق وحالي في مجالس ادارات شركات عالمية متعددة الأحجام في أوروبا وآسيا والشرق الأوسط، كما ھو عضو في مجلس الأجندة العالمية في منتدى الاقتصاد العالمي وزميل في شبكة القيادة العالمية في معھد أسبن.
ھو عضو في معھد الھندسة والتكنولوجيا وفي مجلس المھندسين في المملكة المتحدة، ورئيس Cedar Institute للشؤون الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في لبنان. له مؤلفات عديدة منھا ”جمھورية خارج الكھف، وجھة لبنان في عالم متغير“ و”الشرق الأوسط في 2030″ الصادر باللغة الانكليزية وكتابات اخرى صادرة في لندن في عامي 1996 و 1999 و له كتابات ومقالات ومحاضرات عالمية عدة.
حاصباني حائز على شھادة بدرجة امتياز في الھندسة وماجيستير في ادارة الأعمال MBA من بريطانيا.

Après avoir terminé ses études à Londres, il a occupé plusieurs postes de direction dans l’industrie en Europe et au Moyen-Orient, dont le plus notable était vice-président et associé au sein d’un cabinet de conseil en stratégie et management «Booz & Company» et directeur general des activités internationales de STC. Groupe (Saudi Telecom Company).
Il est membre actuel et ancien de plusieurs conseils d’administration de sociétés multinationals de différentes tailles en Europe, en Asie et au Moyen-Orient. Il est également membre du Global Agenda Council du World Economic Forum et membre du réseau mondial de dirigeants de «Aspen Institute».
Il a écrit plusieurs ouvrages, notamment: «République en dehors de la grotte, le Liban dans un monde en mutation» et «Économies d’oasis, le Moyen-Orient en 2030», ainsi que plusieurs autres écrits locaux et internationaux, articles de presse et conférences.
Hasbani est titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur de première classe et d’un MBA du Royaume-Uni. Il est membre de l’Institut d’ingénierie et de la technologie et du Conseil de l’ingénierie du Royaume-Uni et président du Cedar Institute for Economic and Social Affairs au Liban.

He is a current and former member of several boards of directors for multinational companies with various sizes in Europe, Asia and the Middle East; he is also a member of the global agenda council with the world Economic Forum and a fellow of the global leadership network of the “Aspen Institute”.

كميل شاكر أبوسليمان
مواليد المتين في 1 كانون الاول 1959. متأهل من ماري – كريستين رياشي. أولاده بيار- شاكر 28 سنة ومارك 24 سنة.
المؤهلات التعليمية: تخرج من مدرسة سيدة الجمهور في 1976.
حصل على الشهادات المذكورة أدناه، مع تقدير مشرف من الجامعات التالية:
1979: إجازة في الحقوق من جامعة القديس يوسف، 1980: ماجيستر في القانون من جامعة القديس يوسف،1981: ماجيستر في القانون من جامعة هارفرد. العام 1982: ماجيستر في الفنون من كلية فليتشر للقانون والدبلوماسية. هو عضو في كل من نقابة المحامين في نيويورك ونقابة المحامين في بيروت.

بدأ الاستاذ أبوسليمان مهنته كمحاٍم في نيويورك في 1982. وفي العام 1986، وهو في السابعة والعشرين من عمره، انتخب في مكتب المحاماة الذي كان يعمل لديه، ليكون بذلك الشريك الأصغر سناً في تاريخ المكتب. وهو حالياً شريك أساسي في senior partner في مكتب المحاماة العالمي ديكارت، وهو يضم أكثر من ألف محاٍم، وتتخطى ايرادته السنوية المليار دولار. ويتولى المناصب التالية ضمن مكتب ديكارت Dechert: رئيس مكتب لندن، عضو في لجنة إدارة المكتب، رئيس قسم الأسواق الناشئة، رئيس قسم الأسواق المالية العالمية.
يُعتبر أحد أبرز المحامين عالمياً في مجالي الأسواق الناشئة والأسواق المالية العالمية، إذ لعب دوراً أساسياً وقيادياً في هندسة وإتمام مجموعة من العمليات المالية الإبتكارية والفريدة من نوعها في أسواق رأس المال العالمية. وهو محام لمجموعة من الدول في اصدارها للسندات على الاسواق المالية العالمية، ومنها مصر، الأردن، المغرب، تونس وغيرها من الدول.
منذ العام 1995، هو المحامي الأساسي لكافة إصدارات اليوروبوند التي تقوم بها الدولة اللبنانية.

• M. Abousleiman a débuté sa carrière d’avocat à New York en 1982 ; il a été promu associé en 1986, à l’âge de 27 ans, le plus jeune associé de l’histoire de son cabinet.
• Il est actuellement associé principal à Dechert, un des plus grands cabinets d’avocats internationaux, comptant plus d’un millier d’avocats et génèrant plus d’un milliard de dollars de revenus annuels. Il est président du bureau de Londres, membre du comité de direction de la firme, et chef du département des marchés émergents et des marchés de capitaux internationaux de Dechert.

• Mr. Abousleiman started his career as a lawyer in New York in 1982 and was made partner in 1986 at the age of 27, the youngest partner in the history of his firm.
• He is currently a senior partner at Dechert, a leading global law firm with over one thousand lawyers and one billion dollars in annual revenues. He is the Chairman of the London Office, a member of the firm’s Management Committee, Global Head of Emerging Markets and Global Head of International Capital Markets.
• Mr. Abousleiman advises on some of the most innovative and complex emerging market transactions and is recognized as a leading authority in emerging markets. He represents several countries in their issuance of debt on the international markets including Egypt, Georgia, Jordan, Morocco, and Tunisia. Mr. Abousleiman has acted as principal lawyer for all of Lebanon’s Eurobond issuances since 1995.

بدأت مسيرتها المهنية كمذيعة في اذاعة صوت لبنان عام 1982. عملت كمراسلة ومذيعة اخبار في تلفزيون إل بي سي منذ العام 1985.
تولّت رئاسة قسم الاعلام في سفارة لبنان في سويسرا بين عامي 1989 و1990. عملت في قطاع العقارات بين أعوام 1994 و1998.
أعدّت وقدّمت برنامج الحوار السياسي الصباحي “نهاركم سعيد” عبر إل. بي. سي بين أعوام 1998 و2005.
ناضلت الدكتورة مي شدياق من أجل حريّة اللبنانيين في وقت كان القليلون يجرؤون على الاعتراض على حالة الطغيان السائدة، مما عرضّها للعديد من التهديدات بالقتل.
بعد ستة أشهر على اغتيال رئيس الوزراء السابق الشهيد رفيق الحريري في عام 2005، تعرّضت د. شدياق لمحاولة تفجير سيارتها مما تسبب في فقدانها ساقها اليسرى وذراعها. بعد عشرة أشهر من العمليات الجراحية والعلاج وبرامج إعادة التأهيل، عادت إلى شاشة التلفزيون في برنامج حواري سياسي وهو “بكل جرأة”.
وضعت الدكتورة مي شدياق كتابين الأول عام 2006 بعنوان: “Le ciel m’attendra” الذي حصل على جائزة “Prix vérité” في Le Cannet، فرنسا. تلاه كتاب La télévision mise à nu، عام 2014 وقد مُنِح الكتاب الثاني “جائزة فينيكس”.
حصلت الدكتورة مي شدياق خلال مسيرتها على العديد من الجوائز والميداليات المحلية والدولية كجائزة حريّة التعبير من الاتحاد الدولي للصحافة الفرنسية (UPF)، عام 2005، وجائزة اليونسكو غييرمو كانو لحرية الصحافة”، عام 2006.
بالاضافة الى أن الشدياق حصلت في حزيران 2016 على درجة الدكتوراه الفخرية من الجامعة الأميركية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا. وفي عام 2017، حصلت على جوائز الإنجاز مدى الحياة من الجامعة اللبنانية الكندية والجامعة الأميركية في لبنان. وفي العام 2017، منحها البابا فرنسيس ميدالية القديس غريغوار الكبير “Dame de l’ordre de Saint Gregoire-le Grand” 2017. قلّدها الميدالية البطريرك الماروني الكاردينال بشارة الراعي عام 2018 في بكركي.
أما في العام 2017، فنالت “جائزة منيرفا آنا ماريا مامولانتي لحقوق الإنسان والحقوق المدنية لفئة النساء بالاضافة الى ميدالية رئاسة الجمهورية الايطالية.
وفي نيسان 2010، عيّن المعهد الدولي للصحافة في فيينا الدكتورة مي شدياق كبطلة وقلّدها جائزة أبطال العالم في حريّة الصحافة.
في أيار2007، قلّدها رئيس الجمهورية الفرنسية جاك شيراك ميدالية Chevalier de l’Ordre de la Légion d’Honneur في قصر الإليزيه.

Tout au long de sa carrière, Dr Chidiac a défendu la liberté du peuple libanais là où peu de personnes osaient se prononcer contre la tyrannie qui régnait. Elle a souvent été menacée de mort.
Six mois après l’assassinat de l’ancien premier ministre Rafic Hariri en 2005, Dr Chidiac est la cible d’un attentat à la voiture piégée qui lui coûte la perte de sa jambe et de son bras gauches.
Après dix mois et de nombreuses interventions chirurgicales, de traitements et de programmes de réhabilitation au Liban puis en France, elle retrouve le petit écran dans un talkshow politique en prime time intitulé “Bi Kol Joraa” qui se traduit par “En toute audacité”.
Dr Chidiac a à son actif deux livres: “Le Ciel m’attendra” paru en 2006, il reçoit le “Prix Vérité” – Le Cannet, France et “La télévision mise à nu” paru en 2014 et récompensé par le “Prix Pheonix”.
Dr Chidiac reçoit de nombreux prix et médailles locaux et internationaux comme le Prix de la Libre Expression de l’Union internationale de la presse francophone (UPF) en 2005 et le “Prix UNESCO Guillermo Cano pour la liberté de la presse” en 2006.
Par ailleurs, En juin 2016, elle a reçu un doctorat honorifique de l’Université américaine des sciences et technologies. En 2017, elle a reçu le prix Lifetime Achievement Awards de l’Université libanaise canadienne et de l’Université américaine du Liban.
En 2017, S.S. Le Pape François lui décerne la médaille de “Dame de l’ordre de Saint-Grégoire-le-Grand” du Vatican. En mai 2018, le Patriarche Maronite le Cardinal Becahra Rai la décore de la médaille à Bkerké.
En 2017, elle reçoit le prix “Minerva Anna Maria Mammoliti 2017 des droits de l’homme et des droits civils” de la présidence de la République italienne.
En Avril 2010, l’International Press Intitute, (IPI) basée à Vienne présente May Chidiac comme une héroïne de l’histoire de la presse et lui remet le prix “ World Press Freedom Hero “

Reporter and News Anchor at LBC in 1985 for two decades. Host of the political Talk show “Nharkom Saiid” from 1998 to 2005 Real estate Promoter between 1994 and 1998. Head of the Press Division at the Lebanese Embassy in Berne between 1989 and 1990. Started her career as a Journalist at the Voice of Lebanon radio station in 1982. Throughout her journalistic career, Dr. May Chidiac stood up for the freedom of the Lebanese people when few dared to speak against the state of tyranny. She was frequently threatened with death threats.
Six months after the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri in 2005, Chidiac was attacked by a car bomb causing her to lose her left leg and arm.
After ten months of numerous surgeries, treatment, and rehabilitation programs, she returned to the TV screen in a prime time political talkshow called “Bi Kol Joraa” “With Audacity”.
Dr. May Chidiac has published two books: “Le Ciel M’attendra” (Heaven Can Wait) in 2007 which was awarded the “Prix Vérité” in Le Cannet, France, followed by “La Television Mise à Nu” (Television Exposed) in 2014 in French. The book was awarded the “Phoenix Prize” for literature.

Dr. May Chidiac received numerous local and international awards and medals such as the Free Expression Prize of the International Union of French-Speaking Press (UPF) in 2005 and the “UNESCO Guillermo Cano World Press Freedom Award in 2006”.
Besides: In June 2016, she was awarded with an Honorary Doctorate from the American University of Science and Technology. In 2017, she received Lifetime Achievement Awards by the Lebanese Canadian University and the American University of Lebanon.
Dr. May Chidiac Received the medal of “Dame de l’ordre de Saint Gregoire-le-Grand”, from Vatican in 2017, and was decorated by the Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Bechara Botrous Rai on May 2018.
The “2017 Minerva Anna Maria Mammoliti Prize for Human and Civil Rights” for Women in the World category which is the first women prize in Italy was handed to Dr Chidiac with the Medal of the Presidency of the Italian Republic.
In April 2010, the International Press Institute, a leading Vienna based organization in press freedom named Dr. May Chidiac a hero and honored her as one of the honorary heroes in press history.
In May 2007, she was decorated by the President of the French Republic, Jacques Chirac, with the medal of “Chevalier de l’Ordre de la Légion d’Honneur” at Elysée Palace.

• Diplôme d’études supérieures en médecine dentaire et biologie orale- Université de Maryland, Baltimore, USA, 1997.
• Docteur en Chirurgie Dentaire – Université Saint Joseph, Beyrouth, 1984.
• Études secondaires: Collège Central, Jounieh.

Fonctions principales au sein des “Forces Libanaises”:
• Président de l’organisation des étudiants FL en 1986-1987.
• Directeur du secteur de l’éducation, Fondation de Solidarité Sociale 1987-1989.

• Directeur de l’information au sein du Conseil politique des Forces libanaises (à l’étranger) 1999-2001.
